This one day workshop will focus on the basics of applying gold and silver to solid glass, a technique known as ‘fuming.' The process will be covered step by step beginning with initial application, flame atmosphere and effects as well as learning differences in colors that can be achieved. Kylee will teach students how to utilize this technique while also incorporating the use of a pin frog to create air trap or ‘sea urchin' pendants and marbles with borosilicate glass.
